Speech-Language Pathologist (DODD)
Job Summary:
Provides speech, language, communication, and swallowing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in accordance with DODD standards.
Essential Duties:

Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on assessed needs.

Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy, including use of AAC systems.

Address dysphagia concerns and recommend safe feeding strategies in collaboration with medical professionals.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and ISP development.

Train and consult with staff, caregivers, and families on communication and swallowing supports.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports in compliance with DODD requirements.
