CNA/HHA-Home Health
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable CNA/HHA to provide high-quality, individualized care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), support their health and well-being, and promote independence and comfort in a home setting. This role is essential in helping clients maintain dignity, safety, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:-
Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.

Provide mobility assistance, including transferring, positioning, and ambulation.

Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.

Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervising nurse or care manager.

Follow the care plan developed by the RN or case manager.

Assist with medication reminders (if permitted by state regulations).

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Adhere to all infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies and procedures.

CNA or HHA certification in the state of Ohio.

Current CPR certification.

At least [6 months – 1 year] of experience in a home health or long-term care setting (preferred).

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if travel is required).

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

Must be able to handle the physical and emotional demands of caregiving.
