Position SummaryThe Office Manager is the backbone of our operations. You will oversee day‑to‑day administrative functions at headquarters, support the leadership team, coordinate staff schedules and ensure our office runs efficiently and compassionately. Your work will directly support our mission of delivering supreme care and building meaningful relationships with employees and the entities we serve.
Responsibilities-
Operational leadership: Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, vendor relations and maintenance of a clean and welcoming environmenthiring.monster.com. Ensure that scheduling tools and office technology function smoothly.

Staffing coordination: Support scheduling of CNAs, LPNs, RNs and other professionals for per‑diem and home‑health assignments. Manage our 24/7 call line for staffing requests and coordinate responses to fill shifts promptly and accurately.

Administrative support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the CEO, Human Resources and recruitment teams. Prepare correspondence, maintain personnel files, track certifications/background checks, and help onboard new hires.

Compliance and records: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, HR policies and regulatory requirements; maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive data.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field.

Proven experience as an Office Manager or administrative leader; healthcare staffing or home‑health experience preferred.
